Template helping the formating of a text precede by an icon

Parameters

Name	Description
icon	A formated string to define which icon use. Check the icon list for more info.
icon_size	(optional) Use to override de default icon size (default: 12px for height).
text	(optional) Text following the icon.
oneline	(optional) If present, force the display on a line (display:block).

Upload the icon file here. If possible, use a file with no white space between the border and the icon and with an transparent background.
